The Pension Secretariat continues to conduct member education sessions for both active staff and pensioners across all regions, including branches, Centres and headquarters. These sessions provide a platform for deeper engagement, enabling members to better understand their benefits while addressing emerging concerns.

Key Highlights of the Member Education Programme

The sessions focused on the following core areas to enhance member understanding and engagement:

1. Overview of the CBK Pension Fund (DB) and Banki Kuu Pension Scheme 2012 (DC) Schemes
   Clear explanations were provided on how each scheme operates, including benefit calculations, key differences, and how they support members at various career stages.
2. NSSF Tier II
   Members received further guidance on contribution structures and how NSSF Tier II integrates with and complements existing pension arrangements.
3. Post-Retirement Medical Fund (PRMF)
   Strong emphasis was placed on the importance of the PRMF in supporting healthcare needs after retirement, with insights for both active members and pensioners.
4. Digital Channels & Member Access
   Members were encouraged to leverage available digital tools and official communication platforms:
