The Banki Kuu Pension Scheme 2012 was established in October 2012 and is governed by a Trust Deed dated 28 September 2012. The Scheme is a tax-exempt approved scheme under the Income Tax Act and is registered with the Retirement Benefits Authority (Registration Number RBA/2012/01950).

Contributions are credited to individual member accounts and invested to generate returns over time. Members may also make Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) to enhance their retirement savings.
